感謝你使用「墨時」（Slow Ink Clock，以下稱「本 App」）。我們非常重視你的隱私。簡單來說：我們不追蹤你、不販賣資料，也不使用第三方分析或廣告。

Thank you for using Slow Ink Clock (墨時, the "App"). Your privacy matters to us. In short: we do not track you, sell data, or use third-party analytics or advertising.

1. 我們不建立帳號，也不收集身份資料 / No accounts or identity data

本 App 不要求註冊、不需要登入、不建立帳號，也不索取你的姓名、電子郵件、聯絡人或相片等資料。

The App has no sign-up, login, or account system. We do not request your name, email, contacts, photos, or similar identity data.

2. 核心時鐘在裝置上運作 / The core clock runs on device

時間、農曆、干支、節氣、字體與版面設定，皆在你的裝置上處理。這些核心時鐘功能不需要我們的伺服器。

Time, lunar-calendar, GanZhi, solar-term, font, and layout features are processed on your device. These core clock features do not require our servers.

3. 水墨天氣與定位 / Ink Weather and location

水墨天氣是可選的訂閱功能。只有在你解鎖水墨天氣並授權定位後，本 App 才會使用你的大概位置向 Apple Weather / WeatherKit 取得本地天氣。天氣資料來源為 Apple Weather；我們不會收到、儲存或販賣你的定位資料。

Ink Weather is an optional subscription feature. Only after you unlock Ink Weather and grant location permission does the App use your approximate location to request local weather from Apple Weather / WeatherKit. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather; we do not receive, store, or sell your location data.

4. 你的設定只留在裝置上 / Your settings stay on your device

你在 App 與小工具中所做的偏好設定（如主題、字型、紙張、隨機度、購買權限快取等），僅儲存於你的裝置本機或 Apple 提供的 App Group 本機儲存中。

Preferences you set in the app and widgets (theme, font, paper, randomness, cached purchase entitlements, etc.) are stored locally on your device or in Apple's local App Group storage.

5. 購買與訂閱 / Purchases and subscriptions

字體包、永久解鎖與水墨天氣訂閱均由 Apple App Store / StoreKit 處理。Apple 會處理付款與訂閱管理；我們不會取得你的付款卡號或 Apple ID 密碼。

Font Pack, Lifetime, and Ink Weather subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store / StoreKit. Apple handles payment and subscription management; we do not receive your payment card details or Apple ID password.

6. 無第三方廣告或追蹤 / No third-party ads or tracking

本 App 不含第三方分析、廣告或追蹤工具。我們不會進行《App 追蹤透明度》（ATT）所定義的跨 App 追蹤。

The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not perform cross-app tracking as defined by App Tracking Transparency (ATT).

7. 兒童隱私 / Children's privacy

本 App 適合所有年齡使用，且不建立帳號或收集身份資料。我們不會明知而收集兒童的個人資訊。

The App is suitable for all ages and does not create accounts or collect identity data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. 政策變更 / Changes to this policy

若本政策有任何更新，我們會於本頁面更新「最後更新日」。

If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
