For help, include your app version, iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send private business cards, contact details, passwords or payment information. Use fictional examples or redact sensitive information.

Scanning cards

Keep cards separated and the phone roughly parallel to them. Fill the frame. Use fewer cards if the text is small. You can adjust a crop, rotate it or add a missed card manually before processing. Review uncertain fields before saving.

Free allowance and CardBatch Pro

The free allowance covers 10 contacts saved or exported in total; it is not monthly. Scanning, reviewing and the local Library are not blocked. The app asks about Pro before an export exceeds the remaining allowance. You can cancel and keep your results.

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase with Family Sharing. To restore it, use Settings → CardBatch Pro → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Purchases and restoration may need internet access. Apple handles payment and refund requests: Apple purchase support.

Data and deletion

Use Settings to manage image retention and delete local scan data. Saved Library entries remain until you delete them. Deleting scan data does not reset the free allowance or remove Pro, and does not delete contacts or files already exported elsewhere. See the privacy policy.
