Help & Support

For help, contact info@cactalyst.com. Please include your app version, iPhone model and a short description of the problem.

What is included?

The first eight stages and naming your first cat are free. A one-time full-game purchase unlocks access to later stages and the playpen. Progress through the story is still earned by playing. There is no subscription.

Restore a purchase

Use Restore Purchases on the full-game unlock screen while signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Gameplay feedback

Settings lets you record, share or send a gameplay log and control optional automatic uploads. Logs contain game events, not a screen or microphone recording. Read our Privacy Policy before sending feedback.
